I use the framework, using URL rewrite, my program is placed in Apache under the htdocs inside. There is no problem that can work,
My Apache and Htdocs are on the C drive,

Then I configured the virtual host for Apache. I set up a web directory on D, and then the program root in it also put the. htaccess file, but unfortunately it's here. Htaccess is dead,

My feeling is. htaccess should be placed in the Apache installation directory under the Htdocs to take effect, do not know if this is the case, then I D-Disk program has no way to resolve to make. htaccess also effective?

Simple point:
C:/apache/htdocs. htaccess entry into force
D:/web (virtual host). Htaccess does not take effect
