Copy one from the previous project, delete the unused parts on this basis, and modify all the namespaces and filenames to become a new project.

However, the startup fails.

It was later thought that the error was displayed when customerrors was opened in Web. config and reset to off.

Yc.Oms.Web is the name of the previous project, but I have changed all the areas involved in Oms, where will it be set up?

Later opened the bin directory, found inside there are Yc.Oms.Web.dll. Should be a legacy of previous copies.

Empty the bin and start again, everything is fine.

It appears that direct copy of source is not the correct method and should be extracted directly from the version management software.
