The search function includes web search, Forum search, blog search, news search, and other search functions. 114 The search portal is 114.vnet.cn. The search box is embedded on the welcome page, interconnected star portal, information port, cooperative operation portal, and telecom service website. The search page is as follows:

114 Internet search also supports DNS error correction. When a telecom user enters a wrong domain name in the browser, the system will give a friendly prompt: The domain name or website you entered cannot be accessed, check whether the entered URL is incorrect or use 114 to search for the desired URL! Some customers report exceptions during use. The following lists and provides our solutions for your reference!

Scenario 1: A page exceeded 114 appears when you open a specific page (both in China and abroad) by using favorites or entering a URL.
Case 2: The default IE homepage will jump out of 114.
Case 3: If there is no problem with surfing the Internet in other places, there will be 114 jumps when surfing the internet in the current location.
Case 4: A 114 error occurs when you use a search tool embedded in the web page to search.
(Note: if the cause is that the Internet access is slow, the system jumps 114, which may be caused by poor hardware, anti-virus background running, user habits, and many other system types, rather than 114 reasons, this type of problem is an additional issue, not a 114 primary cause ).
Suggestions for handling the above four situations:Follow these steps to solve the problem one by one.

Step 1. First, check whether the DNS server in use on this machine is a DNS server of Shanghai Telecom.

Confirmation method:
InStartMenu, clickRun,Enter the following command
CMD

Press enter. In the following dialog box, enter ipconfig/All.

As shown in figure

Check whether the DNS server corresponding to Shanghai Telecom is
202.96.209.5
202.96.209.6
202.96.209.20.
202.96.209.134
OrCNS:
202.109.14.5
202.109.15.135
If not, it indicates that your DNS network settings do not use the DNS of Shanghai Telecom,
In this case
1. If you use a single machine to access the Internet, you can automatically obtain the DNS (ADSL is the DNS of Shanghai Telecom by default ),
II. if you use a route or other devices to access the Internet, you can go to the vswitch router to check if you have set a non-Shanghai Telecom DNS. Then, modify the settings that are automatically obtained by default. (you need to know the password of the User Name of the vro and vswitch)

Step 2. Open the control panel, connect to the network, right-click the connection used to access the Internet, and select Properties

Step 3. view the regular tab content and delete duplicated and unnecessary protocols (in particular, it is recommended to delete<TCP/IP, version 6>This Protocol)
The IP address and DNS address are still retained for dynamic retrieval.

Step 4. On the "General" tab of Internet properties of IE, delete the cookie and temporary files of IE and reset the Web Settings of IE (you can leave the home page unreset considering user habits)

Step 5. Clear DNS Cache

Open againStartMenu, clickRun,Enter the following command: ipconfig/flushdns

Enter exit to close the command window.

Step 6. If you still cannot browse the webpage, check whether the operation is correct.

Case 5: After you log on to the company's intranet through VPN, the company's internal domain name cannot be resolved. Entering the company's internal domain name will jump to the 114 page.

Most of these problems occur when laptops with built-in network management software such as IBM ThinkPad use wireless Internet access.
Suggestion:
The reason is that the company's internal domain name cannot be resolved by the Telecommunications DNS, it must be resolved by the company's internal DNS server. After you log on to the VPN, the preferred DNS is unable to resolve the Intranet address because the setting of the ThinkPad software restricts the user's automatic switch to the internal DNS after dialing.

 

1. First, make sure that the VPN dial has been connected to the VPN Server.

2. Click Start in the lower left corner of the desktop, click Run, Enter cmd in the pop-up dialog box, and then press OK

3. In the displayed black dialog box, enter ipconfig/All.

4. Find the Intranet DNS server address assigned by the VPN Server

5. Then, enable ThinkPad to manage the built-in software for network access and specify the append Intranet DNS.

Find the Intranet DNS server address assigned by the VPN Server (in this example, 9.181.2.101, 9.181.32.72)
