For Google, the search results are different for different regions. some English keywords, you search by Google in China, and found that your website is not top in the rankings, but if you use Google abroad, you may not be able to find your website on dozens of pages.
The ranking result of our Google ranking is not for ourselves, but for our potential customers. Therefore, we should select the region where the potential customers are.
2. Check whether the server IP address has been penalized by Google
1. Check the number of websites on this server? How to check it? Here we give you a tool, you can easily find out how many domain names point to an IP address :( http://whois.webhosting.info/ip)
For example, if you want to check the IP address 219.235.226.75, you only need to enter IT in the address bar:
Http://whois.webhosting.info/219.235.226.75/
Click press enter to see how many domain names point to this IP address.
2. Select several www.
Number of websites. If you find that Google hasn't indexed it, you can check a few more. If most of them are not indexed by Google, it is very likely that this server has been punished by Google. It is best not to use it during the warranty period.
In general, google has a large number of domain names and fewer servers!
III. Stable server operation
4. Select a domain name and properly design the website path and file name
Domain name/path/file name design principles:
1. Include keywords. For English keywords, you can select the domain name related to the keyword. For Chinese keywords, you can use the Chinese pinyin domain name, and for Chinese websites, use the Chinese path and file name.
2. Static paths are more conducive to ranking than dynamic paths
3. Top-level domain names have a path ranking over second-level domain names (except for the second-level domain names of well-known websites and authoritative websites)
4. abc.web.com is superior to www.web.com/abc/
5. Www.web.com/abc/has a ranking advantage over www.web.com/abc.html.
