Recently, the State Food and Drug Administration found some sunscreen cosmetics in the national inspection conducted by the National Food and Drug Administration (see the attachment) there are problems such as the fact that the sunscreen agent is found to be inconsistent with the product approval component, and there is no special-purpose cosmetic approval. 6. The production (agency) enterprises of the above products violate the provisions of the regulations on cosmetic hygiene supervision, cosmetic Mark management, and other relevant regulations. The Food and Drug Administration of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, and other provinces (municipalities) are verifying the relevant enterprises. The State Food and Drug Administration of China requires all cosmetic enterprises to stop selling the above products. The relevant provincial/municipal Food and Drug Administration will supervise and urge relevant production (agent) after verifying) enterprises should promptly take recall and other measures for products sold on the market, initiate a case investigation, handle the case seriously in accordance with the law, and disclose relevant information in a timely manner. For products that only identify non-conforming products, ordering production (agent) enterprises to continue marketing after correction within a time limit; for products suspected of counterfeiting, it is necessary to thoroughly investigate the purchase channels of relevant business enterprises and severely crack down on the production and sale of fake and shoddy cosmetics, the person suspected of committing a crime is transferred to the public security authority according to law.
