18th jolt Award Winners

Jolt, as Oscar of the software industry, has a wide influence and deserves our attention.

I'm glad that Zend framework has won the productivity winner of the framework class. At present, I am a team leader from the ZF Chinese Document team. ZF is also the php development framework that won the first prize in the past few years.

After 07 years, netbeans again won the IDE class award.
