Docker Network Management – Container interconnect

--link usage

Download a MySQL image

Docker pull MySQL

Create a new container 1, named DB

Docker run-it-d-P 13306:3306--name db MySQL Bash

In a new Web container 2, and the DB interconnect

Docker run-it-d-P 12308:80--name web--link db:db centos-httpd Bash

Run the ENV command on the web to see the environment variables about DB

Db:db the first DB is the alias of container 1 The second DB is the second container inside see db such as: In the second container, you can ping db

Can ping through. Cat/etc/hosts can see that the IP address of the DB corresponds to the IP of container 1.
