Chapter fifth (5.3.4 and 5.3.6): After reading the various processes in the second half of chapter fifth, I feel that the Rantional Unified Process (RUP) is similar to the process of progressive delivery, and finally listens to the user feedback and then makes improvements based on feedback, so are there any real differences between the two? For example, what is the difference?
Sixth Agile Process (Section 6.2): What is the best time for a team to choose an agile process? As mentioned in section 6.2, even if the team members in the daily meeting to report their work on the day, they may also be fooled us, how can we solve this problem? Is it necessary for a team member to meet in person to solve this problem?
Seventh MSF (7.2.3): The book says that members should be fully empowered and trusted, so is it based on the ability and attitude of the members? If you have a fairly good membership and a poor attitude, are there any authorizations and trusts that can no longer be part of the team?
