After a long tangle, I finally found that Samsung's built-in RoM does not have a Google service package. After Samsung's Rom is customized, all Google service components are deleted. Therefore, map cannot be used.

Solution:

Download the Google service package and place it in the root directory of the SD card. Then click recovery. Solve the problem.
