Intermediate issues with multiple virtual hosts under Windows Apache

My file directory structure is as follows:
-webser
Myroot (1)
-abc
Myroot (2)
Myroot (3)
Now I have access to the three independent virtual hosts from Myroot. However, there is a problem, myroot (1), Myroot (2), Myroot (3) three directories are related to the east, such as Myroot (1) to manage Myroot (2) and Myroot (3), including written static files, updates, uploads ...
If so, can they still be set up as a standalone virtual host? Will Myroot (1) not be able to manage the other two?
