2.1 Full Double Stack mode

Implementation principle:

As the original network of the station network is actually IPV4 network, to build a full double stack network, the original network equipment must be eliminated, investment is too large, and there are different degrees of waste of equipment resources. In fact, this model is only suitable for the new network, not for all situations.
