Croner Introduction

Wrote a very concise test framework, is based on the Python3 nose two times development.

Can be arbitrarily expanded on this basis to support other extension operations such as Jenkins.

Different points from the Auty

1. The test case is separated from the test framework and maintained separately in git;

2. Based on nose development, write test case follow nose specification;

3. Local execution, UI minimalist.
