A Java Programmer's life plan

The July sky is getting closer and nearer, I seem to be able to feel my ideal slowly close to me, at this time I have a little excited.

From the training of Java software engineers has been 5 months now, looking at the side of all the seniors are holding their own carefully crafted resume to interview, I also began to quietly planning my life road. Hopefully it will lead me to a better future, and I hope I can realize my dream soon--there will be a software company of my own and a children's health fund

Start planning:

First, I need to talk about the interview. Do a full preparation, give yourself two results, one is the success of their own after several interviews into a company, the first step to achieve the ideal of life, a dozens of or more after the interview, still did not get the company recognition, this time I should reposition themselves. Interview is a simple and complex thing, for a just to the community, to develop a good physique, learn to respect others, and to obtain the respect of others. People should speak good faith, dare to take responsibility.

Second, the successful entry into a business, should be consistent in that company to work 3-5 years time, hard work, continuous learning, error positive correction, and constantly improve themselves. At the same time in the company should learn to communicate with people, fully demonstrate the strength of the team. In this process if an accident, such as being dismissed by the company, should be the immediate recognition of their own, why will be dismissed, why not get the company's attention, and find out the reasons, positive correction, regain self-confidence and continue to struggle. 3-5 years from now, if you realize your career Dream (project manager or higher position), continue with your next plan. If not successful then spend 1-2 years to continue to pursue the dream, if after 1-2 years still have no success should look for reasons, reposition themselves, improve themselves.

Again, if the last plan succeeds, then spend another 5-10 years repositioning your goals, such as architects or other positions. But the preferred goal is the architect. You should be familiar with the entire workflow of the company in this process.

Finally, when all the above planning can be completed successfully, and achieve their own professional ideals, the next step is to realize their own life ideal time.
