A solution to damage the Binary File Uploaded Using CGI in Windows

I recently used python to write CGI programs. When uploading files, I found that the uploaded files are different from those of the original files. The uploaded files cannot be opened. Compare the uploaded file with the original file and find that the original file contains
0x0d0a is changed
0x0a, so it cannot be opened. The reason for this problem is that the standard input stream of python is opened in text mode and line breaks are processed. The following Code sets the open mode of the standard input stream
