1, open the material map, press Crtl+u to open the "Hue/saturation" window, saturation of "76", set as shown in Figure 1, the effect is as Figure 02.

2, open the "Brightness/contrast" window, adjust brightness and contrast is "-10" and "50" around, set as Figure 03, adjust the effect as shown in Figure 04.

3. Drag layers to "create new layer" in Layer panel window to copy an activity layer.

4, click "Menu filter Blur lens blur", open "lens blur" window, set "radius" of 9, "blade curvature" for 14, "rotation" for 58, "brightness" of 7, "threshold" for 213, set as Figure 6, the effect is as Figure 07.

5, click the Layer panel at the bottom of "Add Layer Mask", click the layers Select "Layer mask thumbnail" below figure 08 (Layer red box position).

6, select the "Brush Tool", set the main diameter value of "px", and then use the Brush tool to click on the photo, set as shown in Figure 09, the effect is shown in Figure 10.
