Scan Master:

1. Cannot print at the original size when printing?
Because the scanning master's print function can only print the image by the paper size, you need to store the scanned image and print the image using other software.
2. Does the image not appear after the scan is complete?

See if the scan command under the File menu is a batch scan, and if so, perform the option/Manual Scan command to recover.

3. "Naming error" occurs while performing a scan command?

The batch naming does not meet the requirements when you perform the option/Auto Scan command settings.

4. Scan the master is the Chinese interface, and scan the window for the English interface or appear garbled?

The "Chinese" or "Traditional Chinese" were selected when the scanner driver was installed. Uninstall and reinstall the previously installed driver and choose Simplified Chinese when installing the interface to restore the normal Chinese menu display.

5. Why can't I save the file in JPEG format when I save it?

If you use "Black and white" mode while scanning, you cannot save as a JPEG format.

Please use Photoshop or other 32-bit image processing software for scanning.

Because the Clipboard set by the scan Master is in true color mode, copy (copy) or cut (clipped) images cannot be paste (pasted) to grayscale, color 256-color, and black-and-white pictures, only paste to True Color (true color) image files.

8. In a white shading image file, do not enter text?

Because the foreground color defaults to white, it's like "writing white on white paper", the actual text is written, but the handwriting is not visible. Simply set the foreground color to any of the other colors that can be distinguished from white, and you can write and display it correctly.

9. How do I set the background color?

Move the cursor over the front/back-color tool icon and right-click, set the color and confirm that the settings background color can be modified.

10. Why do You "lie" in Chinese?

When you set a font, you set it to a font without the "@" tag, and the text direction is normal.
