A: link {text-Decoration: none; color: #004779 ;}// style in the normal link state... no underline
A: active {text-Decoration: none; color: # 0000ff;} // activation status... no underline
A: visited {text-Decoration: none; color: #004779;} // you have accessed the file... without underline.
A: hover {text-Decoration: underline; color: # 0000ff;} // The mouse stays... underlined

 

The hover style must be placed behind visited. If it is not, when it has been accessed, the mouse will not have the style of the mouse...
