I ran the development server and tried to find out where the permission was wrong. I opened it in notepad and found a few garbled characters.

[General] This string is automatically transferred to text such as "New Day" in notepad.

The question is not exactly what the problem is. After a long period of time, I went to my computer and copied notepad.exe to overwrite it. The garbled problem was solved.

I thought it was okay. I found the problem still ....

I had to copy the text from the test permission I created, and I had to go over it for many times. After I tested it on a virtual machine, I suddenly got better. I ran my colleague's machine and tried it all.

It turns out that the folder is named "Project", and the permission for configuration is [Project:/]. Here, p is used in upper case, and then changed to lower case.

The first time I checked out svn, my path was svn: // xxxx/Project, which is correct. Others used svn: // xxxx/project,

So I am normal, others are not normal

After the permission is deleted and then written, the configuration permission is [project:/].

As a result, other people are normal, and my computer is not normal ..
