Word is a commonly used Office software, no matter work, study can not be separated from it, then in addition to some of the day-to-day simple operation, for everyone to collect some commonly used shortcuts.
The "Ctrl" key plays a big role in Word, and can be used in combination with other different keys.
Ctrl+d: Opens the Font dialog box to quickly complete various settings for the font.
Ctrl+e: Centers the text of the line that contains the cursor.
Ctrl+f: Opens the Find and Replace dialog box and locates it in the Find tab.
Ctrl+g: Opens the Find and Replace dialog box and locates it in the Positioning tab.
Ctrl+h: Opens the Find and Replace dialog box and locates it in the Replace tab.
Ctrl+i: Make the selected text italic (and then press again to remove the skew).
Ctrl+k: Opens the Insert Connection dialog box.
Ctrl+l: Aligns the text to the left of the line on which the cursor is located.
Ctrl+shift+l: Adds "Bullets" to the text of the line where the cursor is located.
Ctrl+m: Adds first row and hanging indent at the same time.
Ctrl+shift+m: Decreases the first row and the hanging indent at the same time.
CTRL + N: Create an empty document.
Ctrl+o: Opens the Open dialog box.
Ctrl+p: Opens the Print dialog box.
Ctrl+r: Aligns the text to the right of the line where the cursor is located.
Ctrl+s: Open the Save As dialog box for the new document, or save the current document.
Ctrl+t: Increases the first line indent.
Ctrl+shift+t: Reduce the first line indent.
Ctrl+u: Underline the selected text (press again, remove underline).
CTRL + V: Pastes text or pictures from the Clipboard at the cursor. If there is more than one content on the Clipboard, paste the last item at the cursor.
Ctrl+x: Cuts the selected text to the Clipboard.
Ctrl+z: Undo the action you just made (you can use it more than once).
CTRL+F2: Quickly perform print preview function.
CTRL+F4: Closes the current document and prompts you to save it.
Ctrl+f5: Restores the window to the state before it is maximized.
Ctrl+shift+f5: Opens the Bookmarks dialog box.
Ctrl+shift+f8: Activates the column selection feature, which is usually referred to as selecting the vertical block text (and then pressing the ESC key again, and canceling the function).
CTRL+F9: Inserts a pair of curly braces at the cursor.
Ctrl+delete: Deletes an English word or a Chinese word after the cursor (can be used repeatedly).
Ctrl+enter: Deletes an English word or a Chinese word (which can be reused) in front of the cursor.
Ctrl+end: Quickly move the cursor to the end of the document.
Ctrl+home: Quickly move the cursor to the beginning of the document.
