About static class

Static class is not supported in current. Public   Static   Class Testclass

An error will be reported during compilation, prompting that the modifier static is invalid for this item.
Added support for static class in the next version of Vs, codenamed "Whidbey.
When a sealed class is created, a private construct is generally created, which includes a static method. Public   Sealed   Class Environment

Static class can replace the above design pattern.Public Static Sealed ClassEnvironment

It is better to use static class than to use the original design pattern: If you inadvertently create an instance of a method in the class, the compiler reports an error.
