Symptom: "Resource manager stopped working" after boot or simple operation

Cause of failure: the wrong module "Overlayicon64.dll" was called

WORKAROUND: Delete the module

File path: C:\User (user) \ Current login account name \appdata\romaing\overlayicon64.dll

Note: 1. Because of failure, may not be able to find the file, the error exits, so it is best to use PE into the system, find file deletion

2.AppData is a hidden folder and may not be visible at times.

Click "Organize" drop-down menu-"Select" Change folder and search Options "-" View "-" pull the scroll bar to find "hidden files and folders"-"check" Show hidden files, folders and drives "

After this, you can successfully find the file you want to delete, and then restart the computer after the deletion, the problem is solved
