After checking the comments of others, I still cannot solve it, later, the dll in the bin is not packaged into the bin directory of the release file. These dll are required when connecting to Oracle (the Oracle connection method I selected:

Oci. dll, ociw32.dll, orannzsbb11.dll, oraocci11.dll, oraociei11.dll, OraOps11w. dll. After a long time, I copied these dll files to the bin directory of the release file and opened the released program again!
