Add icon resource to go program under Windows

A. to prepare icon resources such as Demo.ico, use the windowsxp icon to select 32x32 or 48x48.

B. Create RC files, such as demo.rc content as follows

Idi_icon1 ICON "Demo.ico"

c. Compile demo.rc using Windres. (Windres.exe can be found in MinGW)

Windres-o Demo_res.syso demo.rc

d. Compile with the Go tool

Go Build

E. In the case of multi-platform development, the non-Windows platform does not require RC resources to establish the following batch processing BUILD.bat

@echo offwindres-o demo-res.syso demo.rcgo Builddel demo-res.syso
