4. Android SDK

   If you need the latest version, just confirm the latest version number and replace it in the link.

   Currently the latest SDK version number is r23.0.2 (October 2015)

   A. Fill in the HTTP Proxy Server: android-mirror.bugly.qq.com

   B. Fill in HTTP Proxy Port: 8080

   C. Tick force https://... sources to be fetched using/http ...

   Restart the SDK Manager or click Packages-Reload to install the default selection download.
   

6. ADT Plugin for Eclipse

   Download the ZIP package and select it in Eclipse

   Help--Install New Software----Archive ...--Select the zip file you just downloaded

   Then install it all the way to it.

   If you need the latest version, just confirm the latest version number and replace it in the link.
