Server 3. Limit the size of individual user mailboxes
(1) In "Active Directory Users and Computers" (Users and Computers in Active Directory), in the tree column on the left, select the "Users" item under the domain name (for example, "edu.enanshan.com"). You can then see all of the current users (including only Win2K users and users who are also Win2K and Exchange) in the right window.
(2) Right-click on the username (for example, "02") where you want to restrict it, and then select the Exchange general (Exchange common) item in the Properties window that follows, and then press "Starage Limits" (Reserve Limit) button to enter the Capacity Settings window.
(3) In the Capacity setting window, you can set "Deaults Issue at (KB)" by removing the starage before "use mailbox Strore warning" (using the default mailbox store settings) under "Limits" (Reserve limit). (warning), "Prohibit Send (KB)" (Prohibit sending mail), and "Prohibit send and receive (KB)" (Prohibit sending and receiving mail) three items.
(4) after the corresponding items in these three items are checked, you can set the size (in kilobytes) of the desired limit in the text box that follows.
