Launch the Set up Web site (ASP) in IIS and the browser reports the following error:

This configuration section cannot be used in this path. This behavior occurs if the section is locked at the parent level. The lock is set by default (overridemodedefault= "Deny") or by including overridemode= "Deny"

Workaround:

When you install IIS features, you need to tick the ASP. NET related features.
