According to a number of users, after the ESET NOD32 was upgraded to the latest virus database, some software files were falsely reported as "unknown virus variant. Do not Update to the latest version. If the file has been updated to 3120 and is identified as an "unknown virus variant", be sure to identify the file and do not delete it at will. If you have already selected to delete a file, restore it in the quarantine area and exclude it.

We have contacted ESET and will solve the problem as soon as possible.

You can describe the file, software, and version of the false positive, or package and upload the file, which will help you solve the problem.
