Agile development with tools-4

 

I started to talk about the specific implementation, but first put it into one sentence. Although our company has been implementing it for more than a year, it is impossible for you to fully implement all the specifications of scrum, I think every company has its own actual situation. It is most important to implement agile development based on the company's situation so that agility can maximize its effectiveness, so we may not all agree with what we will talk about next. Please forgive me. I can only talk about our agility according to the situation of our company, please point out something wrong.

 

Okay, I signed the contract, paid for it, and started training and deployment. I won't talk about how to deploy the training here. Let's just talk about the final effect, the process in the middle is too complicated and boring. It is said that everyone may go to bed. However, the process is always like this, and the result is the most important. Therefore, tens of thousands of words are omitted to describe the process.

 

After several months of training and trial, I finally started to officially launch the product. I will explain how our company implements it based on the knowledge points of scrum, of course, the components of the devsuite solution will also be integrated in the middle. The figure below is a bit impressive because it needs to be mentioned later.

 

Although agile is used, all aspects of software engineering are indispensable. In my general requirement analysis, I have to program and test it. I cannot use agile. All these are saved, then it becomes a daydream. For each stage of software engineering, the devsuite solution also has several tools described in the figure above.
