1. Ensure that the exchange email server is on the Internet.
2. You need to set exchange to enable Email Forwarding. The procedure is exchange console => organization configuration => hub transport => remote domain, and select "default *", right-click "format of the original email that is sent as an attachment to the diary Report" and tick "auto-Forward"
3. Create a New send connector. The procedure is exchange console => organization configuration => hub transport => send connector, new, enter a name, select Internet as the expected usage, and click Next, add an SMTP address space to the address space, enter * for the address, and enter 1 for the overhead. Next, select "use Domain Name System dns mx record to automatically route emails". Next, select the default one for the source server, for example: musictom-4cabd4 default-first-site-name, and click Next to create and complete.
4. Right-click the sending connector you just created and enter the Domain Name of the external email server in the text box of the FQDN provided in response to hello or EHLO, for example, mail.163.com, this step is most important. Set this connector to Enabled
5. In this way, exchange can send an email to mail.163.com. If you want to set a user to forward the email to 163 after receiving the email, you can set rules in OWA.
