Alt key, double-click, right-click in Word for flexible use

You may not notice much when you use Word, because the mouse or the keyboard always shows some unusual features.

Below, to introduce you to the ALT key, double-click the mouse, the right mouse click in Word Magical.

One, the use of the ALT key

A. Holding down the ALT key (or holding down the two buttons on the mouse) and then dragging the left and right margins, you can adjust their values precisely (displays the specific values on the ruler).

B. Hold down ALT and then do the operation, you can also accurately adjust the graphics, WordArt, such as the shape of objects, size and location in the document, and so on.

C. Press and hold down ALT and click any cell to quickly select the column that contains the cell. When you press the ALT key and double-click anywhere in the table, you can quickly select the entire table.

D. Hold down ALT and drag the mouse to select the text by column.

E. alt-Drag the icon on the menu command or toolbar to delete or move the item to a different location (and also hold down CTRL while you copy).

Double-click on most objects, the appropriate settings dialog will pop up, you can quickly set up the project;

When you select an object (or place the cursor at a specific location) and right-click, the popup menu often appears with options that are not available on the toolbar and in the main menu.

A. Double-click a blank gray area on the horizontal ruler or anywhere on the vertical ruler, the Page Setup dialog box pops up.

B. Double-click the bar spacing area to eject the Columns dialog box.

C. Double-click any tab stop on the ruler to eject the tab Stop dialog box.

D. Double-clicking on the margins of the toolbar pops up the Customize dialog box. If you double-click the top and bottom edges, the toolbar changes to a floating toolbar. Right-click the menu command or tool button to modify its style when you open the Customize dialog box.

E. Select the format you want to copy, and then double-click the Format Painter to copy the selected formatting multiple times to another location.

F. Quick Split window: Move the mouse pointer over the splitter bar at the top of the vertical scroll bar, and then double-click or drag to split the window after it becomes a double-headed arrow.

G. Double-click in the status bar: double-click anywhere in the top two boxes of the status bar to quickly open the Find and Replace dialog box. Double-click Record to eject the Record Macro dialog box, and double click Revision, expand, Overwrite, and book-shaped icons to go to the revision document, expand the selection, overwrite, and make spelling and grammar.

H. In file, in the Open dialog box, right-click the file name, and select Print to quickly print the Word document without opening the file.

I. Right-click after the polygon is selected, select Edit Vertices from the pop-up menu, press CTRL while clicking the line to increase the vertex, or click the vertex to delete the vertex.
