On the TI page there is a Linux tools support download page to find the dm37x or am37x development Kit to download

Download the diagram in install package after go to virtual machine Ubuntu installation

~/desktop$ chmod +x  

After the installation is complete UBUTNU directory description:

? bin -The script sub-file folder required for setup.sh scripts
board-support -board SDK support , including kernel kernel and boot loader and tree drivers

? Docs -SDK documentation, additional User Guide
? example-applications -TI Example Applications
filesystem -includes reference to the file system, from minimal basic file systems to full SDK systems.
? Host-tools -the host side Tools:pinmux and Flash tool.
? Linux-devkit -A cross-compilation environment and library file containing device
? The Graphics_sdk_setuplinux_<version>.bin -Graphics SDK installation package Graphics SDK is used by the Sitara Linux SDK to provide additional examples, and pre-integrated QT libraries, Easy to implement different QT programming

? Makefile -Provides build targets for many of the SDKs from the top-level of the SDK.
? Rules.make -Sets default values used by the top-level Makefile as well as sub-component makefiles
? setup.sh -Configures the users host system as well as the target system for development
