Free+Cached-SECONDARY_SERVER_MEM+mLastBackgroundProcessMemory

Where Secondary_server_mem is the system's lowest memory, lower than this memory, the system will start to kill the background process, mlastbackgroundprocessmemory for non-system processes and run in the background of the memory occupied by the process;
At the same time the method of acquiring Free,cached,total is inconsistent, in 4.2 is to read the parameters in the Proc/meminfo, and after 4.4, it is obtained through the debug.getmeminfo.
