Analysis on the CPU usage of iocpconcurrent svchost.exe (NlaSvc Service)

Symptom: The sslspider(sslcertificate scanning service provided by iocpis is used to run a session (concurrency). A svchost.exe of the system is always full of a CPU kernel (4 cores in total ). Analysis: This process runs four services: it is useless to stop winrm and Dnscache, and it is time-out to stop NlaSvc. It should be a strange thing, Google... It is really it! 「
What Others encounter does not seem to find a solutionHttp://www.tomshardware.com/forum/302313-28-usage-minutes-turned-urgent"Stop this service for the moment (and set it to manually start). The network list service dependent on it will also be stopped.
The problem was found in April July 2, 2014!
Is to open the Resource Monitor, or a similar tool (process Explorer), they will use the NlaSvc Service (I have set it to "Manual", but it is also started ), after the service is disabled, the problem no longer occurs.
This problem also occurs in scenarios with high concurrency such as cloudmonitor. You can observe the CPU usage time to check whether there are processes that occupy too much CPU. Description NlaSvc (Network Location Awareness): Collects and stores network configuration information, and sends a notification to the program when the information is modified. If the service is stopped, the configuration information may be unavailable. if the service is disabled, all services explicitly dependent on the service cannot be started. Services dependent on it: netprofm (Network List Service) identifies Connected Networks of computers, collects and stores the properties of these networks, and notifies applications when changing these properties.
