Analyze and solve macro virus attacks

The macro virus mainly appears in office software office, causing great losses to users. Use the following three methods to stay away from the macro virus (this article uses Word as an example ).
First: Set the macro security level
Open Word and select the "Tools> Options> Security> macro security" command. In this way, the macro security level Attribute setting option is enabled, the security level is changed from the default "high" to "very high", and then click "OK. This prevents macro operations other than the default Word Macro.
Second TRICK: run the macro virus automatic prompt
Open the Word, select the "Tools> Options> Security> macro security" command, click the "reliable publishers" tab, and deselect the "trust all installed add-ons and templates" check box, click OK. In this way, when a Word file with macros is opened, a message indicating that the macro has been disabled is displayed. Of course, it may also limit normal macro usage.
Step 3: uninstall VBA to completely prevent macro virus
VBA stands for Visual Basic for Application, which is a macro language version of Microsoft Visual Basic. Macros used for Windows applications. Is the macro support toolkit in Word. Once this package is disabled, some custom templates and all macros will be unavailable.
Method: double-click the "Add/delete programs" icon in the "control panel", find the installation item for Microsoft Office, click the "change" button, and select the "add or delete function" option, click "Next", select the "select Advanced Custom Application" check box in the displayed window, and then click "Next" to delete the toolkit.
In the open Office program and additional content and tools, click the plus sign before "Office sharing function", find "Visual Basic for Application", and click the drive icon, select "do not install.
After the above three moves, the macro virus will be far away from your Office. Here we use Word as an example. It is also applicable to Excel.
