Android Delete new Android Fragment_main.xml

In the new version of ADT, two XML files--fragment_main and Activity_main are generated by default when you create an Android project.
Personal advice to remove the Fragment_main file.
1) Overwrite the contents of the Fragment_main.xml file with the contents of the Activity_main.xml.
2) Delete the Fragment_main.xml file.
3) Delete The IF statement under the OnCreate method in Mainactivity.java, and the method onoptionsitemselected (MenuItem Item) and the class public static class Placeholderfragment extends fragment{}
