Problem:

Cause: the android sdk environment variable is not configured.

Solution:
(1) switch to the tools directory under the android sdk and run the android command to start the Android SDK manager. The directory of my android sdk is C: \ Users \ canfly \ AppData \ Local \ Android \ sdk.
(2) configure the android sdk Environment Variables
Step 1: Create the ANDROID_HOME environment variable in the system variable. The value is the android sdk directory;
Step 2: Add % ANDROID_HOME % \ tools to the path variable. Note that it is added after ";" without deleting the existing path.

Both methods are feasible. The second method is recommended for convenience.
