5. Modify the Hosts file to redirect the domain name dl-ssl.google.com to 202.115.22.208

Hosts file location:

Windows NT Series: X:windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts (X represents the drive letter of your system)

Unix like:/etc/hosts

Add a line anywhere in the Hosts file

202.115.22.208 dl-ssl.google.com

6. Restart the Android SDK Manager.
