1. Create the TestCase class as needed to implement the test case. This class needs to inherit the Androidtestcase class

2. Modify Androidmanifest.xml
(1) Add instrumentation to external (sibling) application TAG

<instrumentation Android:name= "Android.test.InstrumentationTestRunner" android:label= " Test " android:targetpackage=" Com.example.test "/>

(2) Add uses-library inside the application

<uses-library android:name= "Android.test.runner"/>

3. Select the case method name, right-click Run as--and Android JUnit Test to execute
