This is primarily a TS compiler version issue, typically due to the high version of the TS compiler.

How to resolve:

  1. NPM uninstall-g typescript
  2. NPM install-g typescript
  3. Tsc-v viewing the typescript version of the installation
  4. Modify the typescript version in Package.json to the version installed on the current PC
  5. Delete Node_module
  6. Reinstall CNPM Install
  7. NPM ls typescript If all of the versions installed for the Typecript version of the computer are described correctly
  8. Ng serve run
