If SharePoint is used as a public site that is open to the outside world, for example, if a company displays a website, the website browsed users should be able to see the content without having to register or log in. In this case, you need to enable anonymous access to the site.

 

Anonymous Access to SharePoint is from top to bottom, and the Farm administrator can perform general control at the Web Application level in Central Administration.

On the Web Application page, select a Web Application and click Anonymous Policy on ribbon:

This is because anonymous access is not enabled on the Web Application. Click Authentication Provides:

Click Default:

Select Enable Anonymous Access:

Click OK to enable Anonymous access in the Web Application.

Go to the Anonymous Policy page again and set it here. There are three options:

None: There is no restriction. In the following site collection, you can configure whether anonymous access can be enabled and whether anonymous users are allowed to modify the content.

Deny Write: If this option is selected, it is invalid even if the site collection below allows anonymous users to modify the content.

Deny All: Even if the Site Collection below permits anonymous access, it is invalid.

In this way, the Web Application level is set.

Using httpwebrequest is effective, however, it does not work on the internet server because the Internet server is generally not allowed to browse pages for security reasons. Access the same web site. If only you and I access the site, there will be several related servers.
