However, it may be counterproductive. The current company phenomenon is:

1. The entire team has a bad atmosphere. Everyone does not know what to do (the leaders say that all the projects developed are stopped ). When you come to work at a company, you just need to punch in, brush Weibo, and submit your resume.

2. It may soon find a suitable opportunity to leave without waiting in advance, but this is only a minority, and it will drive other people who are not layers and target people to leave.

3. We all know that the company must pay compensation if the employee is dismissed because it is not an employee problem. Therefore, some people will have to take some time to go even if they get the Offer-in case of compensation.

Then let's calculate the ratio again. If we calculate the number of layoffs from the formal notice to the last employee, let us assume that the downsizing cycle is two months (we used to cut the job about two months before and after the Spring Festival, and the total time for cutting jobs is about three months later, take the average value of 2 months). Assume that the contribution of all employees in this period is 20% (not very useful), and the cost is 10 thousand yuan/month, as shown in the following table, the loss for two months is 0.64 million RMB. In another way, 20 people are dismissed and N + 1 is paid. Most people do not work for a long time, in addition, companies that have been working for a long period of time have to re-sign the contract (sign in to different companies), so the average salary is 2 months. Therefore, the loss is 0.4 million. Therefore, the dismissal plan will save money.

Of course, it may also be said that the cycle will be shorter. For example, if all those who have been persuaded to leave within one month, this may save about 80 thousand yuan. But as I said before, even if I find a job, if I know that the company is already about to lay off employees, I will wait until the compensation is made ). Therefore, it is estimated that money cannot be saved.

However, I do not know that the four layers and three HR supervisors have been dismissed, but the root cause is the boss. Of course, we have a lot of offices, and HR is not working with us. So the most painful thing is that our colleagues who used to work together are now relentlessly divided into two groups, another girl from our team told me that we wanted the company to follow the normal labor law and I was speechless. All people are thinking about finding a job and leaving people. Even the leaders I often spoke about before will also leave. It is estimated that there will be more people to be laid off.
