apache-php file cannot be accessed

sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-php5 php5 php5-gd php5-mysql
have been successful.

The following code is also added under Apache

AddHandler  php5-script     phpAddType     application/x-httpd-php        .php .php5AddType     application/x-httpd-php-source .phps

Apache2 Normal, browser access var/www/ under the HTML file is normal, access to the PHP file is normal, but cannot access the PHP file, and the IP seems to be blocked for about 5 minutes ... This is PHP not installed, okay?

Operating system for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
