Colleagues installed on the machine Wamp running environment, all services are open, put the Dede system under the WWW directory, but open the localhost URL, has been to jump to an IIS Web server home page

Unexpectedly what the problem is, and reinstall the Wamp run to discover that Apache was not started because of a port conflict with IIS (the original IIS server already occupies 80 ports )
