Click the drop-down list to the right of the AVD manager, click Clear Data, then restart the virtual machine

Finally it helps for me. Open the AVD Manager from Android Studio. Choose the dropdown in the right most of the your device row. Then do Wipe Data. Restart your Virtual Device. It Works.

Or you can restart a new virtual machine, but this has not been tried, the reason should be the same as the elimination of data
