Application of MemoryStream to file resource occupancy in C #

In C # Development, often encountered resources are occupied, can not be overwritten delete operations.

Taking the Image class as an example, the Image.from* method will lock the resource, causing the resource to not be freed, especially the file resource.

At this point, we can read the file first, then save the file to MemoryStream, and then read the file from memory.
