Application/x-www-form-urlencoded does not parse the stream

Interface with the customer system, the result of the other push over the data stream after parsing has been empty, and finally view their code.

Find their encoding attribute set as follows:

Looking at the data, the pplication/x-www-form-urlencoded encoded data is parsed as parameter, so when Tomcat parses the data stream, the data is treated as the paramaters of the request, and can no longer be read directly through the InputStream of requests.

Ask the customer to modify the code as follows to resolve the issue:
