ArcGIS Server 10.2 publishes Feature Service for oracle11g data sources

Install ArcGIS Server 10.2 and Desktop and ensure that ArcGIS Server Manager starts the Execute onboarding service properly

1.Oracle Configuration

Install the OracleServer terminal program and Client connection program, configure the Client Connection Network service;

Note: The 64-bit system is also required to install the Oracle 32-bit Client connection program, because Arccatalog is 32-bit;

Each of the 32 and 64-bit client needs to be installed on an individual basis, since it may require a different connection client to register and enable the Enterprise Geodatabase.

2. Establishing an Oracle database connection

Join database connection Arccatalog-> database connection

Note: The instance name uses the IP address or machine name + "/" + Database space name is used here is the direct connection method, so the OracleClient version number assumes that the installation is incorrect or the configuration error will report the failure to open the database client program.

3. Create an Enterprise-class Geodatabase

Open ArcGIS arctoolsbox-> Data management tool, Geodatabase management, creating an enterprise Geodatabase

Note: assume that an administrator who has previously created a geodatabase SDE may cause a failure. Change the name of the administrator in progress.

After the database is created, activation is required! Assuming that there is already a skip

Arctoolsbox-> Data management tools, geodatabase management, enabling Enterprise Geodatabases

Do not double-click the connection when entering the database connection. Click Connect points to join!

4. Join ArcGIS Server and register an enterprise database to Arccatelog

Arccatalog->gisserver-> Join Gisserver

Select Manage Gisserver and then next

After you have joined ArcGIS Server with system administrator privileges, right-click Select Server Properties

PV Data storage label, Click "+" next to select the managed database that will register the data as ArcGIS server

Click Import to select an Oracle database connection established before

Name to fill, if using the SDE connection here may report a connection string error, assuming that the database client cannot read or open to check whether the client configuration of Oracle is correct, or the need to install 32 and 64-bit two version number of the client connection program.

5. Announcement of Feature service services

set the map data source to geographic server data, assuming that the layer data is a stand-alone database that needs to be turned into enterprise geographic data. Otherwise, you will be prompted to publish an error that the personal database cannot advertise. Assume that you are already an enterprise-class data source. Skip over here.

Open the desktop to import the map you need to publish, click File-Map document properties

Make sure the app saves the project.

Assuming that 24011 errors are present, the facts can be ignored to copy the map to the server directory or double-click the error in the pop-up directory menu to fill out a shared directory name (fill in)
