Operating System: Windows 2000 advance Server
Database: Oracle10g (10.2.0.2)
SDE: ArcSDE 9.1 For Oracle10g

Hardware: hp580, hp380, disk array (72g SCSI * 5)

Installation notes:

The ArcSDE 9.1 CD does not contain the installation media for Oracle10g. You need to download it directly from the ESRI official website. In the installation environment, data is stored on the disk array and Oracle10g and arcsde9.1 are installed on the two computers respectively. The two ArcSDE service names and port numbers are the same, you can manage Oracle and ArcSDE resources through the MSC Cluster Manager that comes with Windows 2000 advance server, and add the ArcSDE service to the resources.

When connecting to the SDE service, use the cluster IP address as the server name.
