When you select the entire database, from Monday to Sunday and the cumulative export options become available, you can set up your own data backup schedule seven days a week, in addition to the two backup times per day. If you do a full export backup in Sunday and Wednesday, the other time uses the cumulative export backup. Choosing a full export and cumulative export in a timely manner can reduce backup time and save storage space, which is very useful for large data backup.
