Azure advanced strategy: How does one control the strike Linux VM Nic ?, Azure VM
Many people are circulating a rare experience in their lives. It is said that they can solve any problem:
Therefore, you can often hear conversations like this:
-Why can't my computer go online?
-Restart your computer.
-No!
-Restart the vro.
-Why not -_-
-Have you paid the network fee this month?
Well, if your computer is not connected to the Internet, restart the relevant equipment or pay off the overdue payment, it will usually be able to solve the problem smoothly.
Then the problem arises. If a Linux virtual machine is built in Azure and the network suddenly fails to be connected, should I restart the system or where should I pay?
No. Most of the time, it may be a problem with the configuration of the virtual network card. You can simply modify it!
For example, if the CentOS virtual machine you run in Azure reports an error:
Bringing up interfaceeth0:Device eth0 has differentMAC address than expected,Ignoring. [FAILED]
Or the SUSE Virtual Machine reports the following error:
eth0 No
interface found
It is very likely that the virtual machine is not willing to work. In this case, it is unnecessary to have a fight. Just tune up the configuration file.
CentOS training method:
① Delete the virtual machine but retain the disk, and then mount the system disk as a data disk to the temporary virtual machine.
② Modify the configuration file/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
③ Change the virtual network card hardware address to the correct value or delete the row
④ Save and exit, detach the disk, and create a VM Based on the disk
SUSE training method:
① Delete the virtual machine but retain the disk, and then mount the system disk as a data disk to the temporary virtual machine.
② Delete the naming rules for eth0 in/etc/udev/rules. d.
③ Detach the disk and create a VM Based on the disk
Work done! The above method is a hundred trials and best practices, and the package will not refund the tuition fee ~
